When do I get my $25 credit?
Your $25 credit is applied after your referred friend completes and pays for their first cleaning. We'll reach out to confirm and apply it to your next booking.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No limit. Refer as many Pittsburgh hosts or homeowners as you like — you earn $25 for every one who completes their first clean.
Does my friend need to use a code?
They just need to mention your name when booking — on the booking form, by phone, or by email. We'll match it to your account.
Can I use my credit on any service?
Yes — the $25 credit applies to any Shine Pro service: STR turnover, standard, deep, move in/out, or recurring.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date they're issued.
Terms: Referral credits are issued after the referred customer completes and pays for their first Shine Pro cleaning. Credits are valid for 12 months from issuance and apply to any Shine Pro service. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Shine Pro reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with reasonable notice.
